Sign Agreement & Pay Upfront Fee
Review and sign our Vehicle Purchase Advisory Agreement, which clearly explains our consulting role. Our flat advisory fee is $299 to buy a car, $299 to sell a car, or $399 to buy and sell a car. Half is paid upfront to get started; the rest is due after the service is completed.
Important: We provide advisory services only. You make all decisions and transact directly with the dealer. We are not your agent or broker.
Dealers Compete for Your Business
Our advisor invites qualified dealers to submit competitive quotes. Each dealer must provide transparent, itemized pricing including all fees. No hidden charges, no surprises.
Review Offers With Your Advisor
Once offers come in, your advisor helps you understand and compare them. We highlight the pros and cons of each offer, flag any concerns, and answer your questions. But the decision is always yours.
Your Choice: We advise, you decide. You select the offer that works best for you.
Verification Call
After you select an offer, your advisor calls the dealer to verify the terms. This ensures the offer is accurate and the vehicle is available before you visit the dealership.
Complete Your Purchase
Pay the remaining advisory fee to receive dealer contact information. Then visit the dealership to complete your purchase directly with them. You sign all contracts and make all payments to the dealer.
Direct Transaction: You complete the purchase directly with the dealership. VIALETTO is not involved in the transaction.

Is VIALETTO a broker?
No. VIALETTO is an auto advisory and consulting service. We do not negotiate on your behalf, act as your agent, or handle transactions. We help you make informed decisions by collecting competitive quotes and providing expert analysis.
How much does it cost?

Do I have to buy from a VIALETTO dealer?

Who signs the purchase contract?
You do. All contracts are between you and the dealership. VIALETTO is not a party to your vehicle purchase transaction.
What if the dealer changes the deal when I arrive?
That's why we verify the offer before you visit. If there are any discrepancies at the dealership, contact us and we'll help you understand your options.
